Shape Architecture with MCC Legacy Trust
Menno Hall is a six-storey mixed-use building featuring two levels of shared amenities, academic spaces, and a dining hall. Levels two through six include both student and non-market rental housing, while a central courtyard and two levels of underground parking support the development. The building is designed to achieve passive house certification, emphasizing low embodied energy and exposed CLT structure throughout.
TriCity Central - Phase 1
Arcadis with Marcon Developments
Tricity Central is a multi-phased development comprising four high-rise buildings in Phase 1 and five high-rise buildings in Phase 2. The towers will house residential, hotel, conference, and office spaces, with commercial units occupying the podium levels. The master plan also includes a public park and pavilion structures.
8E Broadway
MCMP Architects with Chard Development
8E Broadway is a proposed 20-storey mixed-use rental building at the intersection of Ontario and Broadway. The development includes two levels of underground parking, ground-floor retail and restaurant spaces, a childcare facility on level three and extensive indoor and outdoor amenity spaces at the roof.
Parcel 29
Boniface Oleksiuk Politano Architects with Wesgroup Properties
Parcel 29 is part of the River District’s multi-phase residential development. This phase includes a 30-storey tower with commercial retail units at grade. Amenities include a gym, a rooftop patio with a sauna, and an outdoor pool on the 30th floor. Below-grade levels will connect to Phase 2 (Parcel 30), which is currently in design development.
Elmwood
Shift Architecture with Marcon Developments
Elmwood is a high-rise mixed-use development in Coquitlam. Currently under construction, it features commercial units on the ground floor, 345 residential suites above, and an office podium spanning levels two through five. The development also includes seven levels of underground parking spanning the entire site.

Rositch Hemphill Architects with Cressey Development Group
Format is a 14-storey mixed-use development with 12 storeys of residential suites and commercial spaces on the podium’s first two levels. The project also includes 38 townhouses arranged in four blocks above three levels of underground parking.

388 Slocan is a six-storey mixed-use rental residential building with commercial retail units at grade and one level of underground parking.
Designed around an internal amenity courtyard the residential suites are accessed via exterior passageways.

DYS Architects with Create Properties
The Second + Main project is a 12-storey mixed-use high-rise with retail units, a residential lobby, and an artist studio on level one. Levels two through twelve contain residential suites, supported by five levels of underground parking.
